  • Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive team, ensuring the seamless operation of their daily work and facilitating effective decision-making and communication within the organization.
  • Manage appointments including travel, correspondence and communication of management team.
  • Gather and summarize information, organize files and records ensuring confidentiality.
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Special projects.

Ihr Profil :

  • Major in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative role, preferably on senior executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and German.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
