Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotelbranche und erste Managementerfahrung.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

How does your working day look like ...

  1. You do the shift planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development in cooperation with the Front Office Manager.
  2. You ensure that duty scheduling is done on time, fairly and with consideration for business aspects.
  3. You ensure a smooth process when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes within the team.
  4. You motivate your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive for check-in at the same time.
  5. You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously.
  6. You ensure smooth communication with our guests and other department heads.

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  1. You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained initial management experience and speak fluent English.
  2. You like to work independently, are reliable and have the ability to work under pressure.
  3. You have amazing communication skills and are a true host.
  4. You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand.
  5. You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong.
  6. You not only bring your skills, but also your character.
