PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

Assist the Design team in creating market-appropriate products for the adidas brand as part of an international design team, collaborating with marketing and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the creative vision within a product range for the category.
• Develop innovative solutions for individual products.
• Follow the creative process, achieving targets and adhering to design languages and strategies.
• Ensure design work aligns with adidas's visual language and Corporate Identity guidelines, considering legal requirements.
• Present product ideas and details clearly in small groups and meetings.
• Facilitate efficient communication between design, marketing, and development regarding ranges and products.
• Assist product management and development in product and collection realization.
• Visualize product ideas with clarity.
• Create 3D concept representations, assets, and digital product information to support development and decision-making.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of fashion or industrial product design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong 3D skills and familiarity with virtual tools.

APP tools: Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher, or similar 3D fashion design tools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma, BA, or MA in Design from a recognized college or university.
• Preferably with practical experience in a design environment.
