Major Responsibilities are :
Support Daily Catering Operations
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing catering services.
Staff Supervision
Help manage kitchen and service staff schedules, training, and performance.
Customer Service Management
Ensure customer satisfaction during events and respond to client needs or concerns.
Menu Planning Assistance
Collaborate with chefs and managers on menu design and customization.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor supplies, place orders, and manage stock levels efficiently.
Event Setup & Coordination
Supervise setup, service, and cleanup for catering events.
Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Cost Control & Budgeting Support
Help manage budgets, reduce waste, and control food and labor costs.
Liaison with Clients & Vendors
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and delivery services.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of inventory, events, staff schedules, and feedback.
