Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

1. One (1) year of work experience managing or directing the activities of a media or newspaper organization.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

• Possess experience building external partnerships and negotiating commercial contracts, sponsorship agreements, or Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
• Possess experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion, and presenting business proposals to senior leadership.
• Possess experience conducting business operations within a Department of Defense, NAF, or military community environment.
