HILTON MUNICH CITY - Business Hotel in a prime location. The hotel is located directly at the Gasteig with S-Bahn access to Rosenheimer Platz station. With 483 rooms, 9 meeting rooms, 24/7 fitness room and an executive lounge, the hotel is a popular choice for business and leisure guests who want to explore the city on foot. We are looking for a
Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

- You are responsible for a smooth service process, take care of all guest requests and concerns and act as the first point of contact
- Ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained and further improved at all times
- Assist in the recruitment, management, training and development of the Food and Beverage team
- Handle guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Establish departmental goals and objectives, work plans, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Order necessary materials
- Support other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

- You have successfully completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- You have already gained initial professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
- You are a team player and know how to motivate your employees with your excellent leadership skills

- You are no stranger to reliability and organisational skills
- You are creative and incorporate your ideas into the daily work process
- Fluent German and English are no problem for you
