You are acting as an Assistance (m / f / d) in the filed of sales contract management for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities :

  • Digital and paper-based archiving of all delivery files and other contractual documents
  • Dispatch of delivery documents to various internal functions (Sales and Finance) and external parties (Airline Customers)
  • Creation, update and dispatch of notifications for courier services
  • Creation and dispatch of notices of delivery including managing and arranging notary appointments & preparing the necessary documents

Your profile :

  • Completed vocational training as an office communications clerk or comparable
  • Professional experience in the specified field
  • Experience in a secretarial / assistant and administrative role (especially archiving)
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • German knowledge is a plus
  • Flexible working hours required, twice a week until 8 p.m. (two employees are responsible for this)
