Our client, a highly regarded international investment firm specializing in renewable energy, is seeking an experienced Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager to join their dedicated Asset Management team in Frankfurt, Germany.

Role Overview:

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects, ensuring optimal asset management, maximizing financial returns, and proactively managing risks. The role provides substantial opportunities to influence strategic asset management practices within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance and optimization of renewable energy assets across various technologies, including wind, solar, and hydro.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic asset management plans covering short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives (5 to 20+ years).
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and regular performance reporting.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage asset-related risks, ensuring alignment with ESG and sustainability criteria.
• Maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record (5-10 years) in asset management,within renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Comprehensive financial analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Fluent German & English
• Strategic and analytical mindset capable of balancing immediate asset performance and long-term strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• CFA qualification or similar professional accreditation is advantageous.
