Assembly Production Operator, Trading Cards - Munich, Germany We’re looking for an Assembly Production Operator to join our CGC Cards division and support the careful encapsulation of collectible trading, non-trading and sports cards in our Munich office. This is an entry-level position— no prior experience in a production environment necessary —and a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry. WHO WE ARE

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:

• Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation
• Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes
• Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns
• Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability to work overtime hours as needed
