Positions Overview

ITT RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH is a globally recognized pump specialist known for its outstanding material and design diversity, successfully competing internationally. With expertise in metals, plastics, and ceramics, we manufacture customized pumps at two locations for the chemical process industry, employing around 250 staff members.

Core Responsibilities

• Assembly, measurement, and testing of pumps on test benches; initiating corrective actions based on operational experience; communicating deviations outside tolerances to the relevant department
• Measuring and analyzing performance data, vibrations, and bearing temperatures using testing software
• Assembly and disassembly of measurement and piping systems
• Selecting testing stations
• Completing checklists for documentation
• Supporting customer acceptance testing related to pump testing
• Performing pressure tests on pumps
• Grinding and finishing pumps
• Preserving pumps and attaching type and warning labels
• Assembling and aligning pumps with motors (and accessories) on base frames according to drawings
• Executing repetitive tasks with consistent care
• Adhering to company policies on data protection, quality, environment, and safety (ESH)
• Cross-departmental support activities

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic
• Relevant work experience
• Knowledge of testing software
