Job summary

Bosch Sensortec GmbH in Munich develops the next generation of ASICs for MEMS sensor applications and drives digital design for state-of-the-art consumer electronics. You will contribute to SoC digital design with a focus on efficiency and robustness, working with international teams on innovative projects.

The role requires 5+ years in IC digital design, strong VHDL/Verilog skills, and experience with modern EDA tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design.
• Experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems preferred.
• Deep understanding of VHDL and/or Verilog.
• Strong expertise with state-of-the-art digital design EDA tools.
• Knowledge of place-and-route toolchains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future by working on leading-edge development projects for MEMS sensor ICs.
• Define digital module-level concepts, derive requirements, and drive mixed-signal architectural integration.
• Design digital circuits with focus on area and power optimization.
• Ensure robust design of digital circuits in control and datapath structures.
• Support product characterization and validation.

• Help shape the future: You will work on leading edge development projects for MEMS consumer sensor integrated circuits
• Use your creativity and freedom: You will work on digital module-level concept definition, requirement derivation, mixed-signal architectural integration
• Integrated implementation: You design digital circuits with a focus on optimization regarding area and power
• Reliable implementation: You will be responsible for the robust design of digital circuits in controland datapath structures
• Structured evaluation: You support the product characterization and validation

Qualifications

• Experience &Expertise:At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design and preferably experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems; deepunderstanding of VHDL and/ or Veriloghardware description languages, strongexpertisewithstate-of-the-artdigitaldesign EDA tools isrequired, experience indigitaldata processing andlow-powerdesigntechniques; knowledge of place-and-route toolchain is a plus
• Languages:Proficient English is mandatory;advanced German language skills are beneficial
• Education:A degree (Diploma/M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
