Join Bosch and be part of shaping beneficial technologies that improve quality of life globally. We are looking for candidates to join our Munich ASIC development center, focusing on ASICs for consumer applications. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

1. Shaping the Future: Contribute to leading-edge development projects for MEMS consumer sensor ASICs, including system architecture and analog circuit design for next-generation sensors.
2. Reliable Implementation: Implement challenging blocks and mixed-signal sensor systems ready for high-volume production.
3. Coordination: Understand design requirements, derive architecture and specifications, and support layout and testing development.
4. Evaluation: Responsible for product validation and assessment of characterization and qualification results.
5. Personality: Enthusiastic, creative, and able to work in international and interdisciplinary teams.
6. Working Style: Team player with a quality-oriented and independent approach.
7. Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 5 years in Analog IC design, preferably with system-level architecture experience in CMOS sensor frontends. Proficiency with EDA tools is required.
8. Languages: Fluent English; German is beneficial.
9. Education: MSc. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
