The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in automotive/E-mobility planning, strong organizational skills, and fluency in German and English. A valid EU driving license and work eligibility in Europe are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all planning and forecasting activities of Aftersales products
• Close collaboration with entire product supply chain
• Monitor and analyze parts stock levels and warehouse operations to secure fill rate of at least 95%
• Closely monitor the warehouse performance and OTD (order to delivery time)
• Manage daily backorders per order type; ensure to limit the impact of parts delays especially for VOR cases
• Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China
• Develop a retail inventory strategy (RIM) including the connected digitalization projects

Qualifications:

• Strong automotive planning background (parts, accessories and other products)
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
