THRYVE, a team of 100+ innovators driving change through open-source tech and AI, is hiring engineers to build AI-powered solutions for our clients and in-house products. You’ll join a fast-moving, collaborative environment delivering scalable software and cutting-edge ML applications.

We welcome graduates to senior engineers who bring DevOps, Python backend and NLP expertise, plus fluency in German and English. Flexible hours, remote options, and a compensation package up to €75,000 are offered.

Formación

• Master's degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI.
• Proficiency in Python with knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a highly skilled AI team
• Develop cutting-edge AI solutions for both in-house products and tailored customer projects.
• DevOps, Python backend development, and machine learning,
• Work on NLP-focused projects
• Contribute your own ideas and independently developed solutions to enhance product capabilities and push boundaries.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI
• Proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript being a plus.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
