Forward Deployed Engineer | AI Startup | Berlin

Location: Berlin (Onsite)

AI Futures has been exclusively retained to identify a Forward Deployed Engineer for a well-funded, early-stage AI startup in Berlin.

This is for an engineer who wants to do more than work through a backlog. You'll sit directly between customers, engineering and AI, taking real enterprise problems and owning the solution from discovery through to production.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex problems.
• Design, build and deploy production software and AI solutions.
• Build and improve LLM / Generative AI applications.
• Develop APIs and integrations across customer systems and data.
• Troubleshoot production issues and turn customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
• Work closely with Product, AI and Engineering on what gets built next.
