The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director (Print & Product) to lead and elevate Yepoda’s physical brand expressions – from product packaging to in-parcel materials. You’ll combine aesthetic excellence with storytelling and production know-how to ensure our designs not only look beautiful but feel premium, functional, and aligned with Yepoda’s marketing and brand strategy.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product, brand, and design teams, turning concepts into emotionally engaging, commercially relevant designs that bring the Yepoda world to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative direction for all physical brand touchpoints: product packaging, in-parcel materials, gifting, print ads, seasonal collections, and special editions

  • Develop original concepts for product launches, campaigns, and limited editions – from ideation to print-ready artwork

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure designs are not only beautiful but feasible, functional, and aligned with our overall marketing strategy

  • Maintain and evolve Yepoda’s visual language in the print space, ensuring consistency across materials, formats, textures, and storytelling

  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into tangible, high-impact design concepts that connect emotionally with consumers

  • Own the creative side of the production process – reviewing dielines, print proofs, and liaising with suppliers to guarantee flawless execution

  • Mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external partners to uphold Yepoda’s creative standards

  • Stay up to date on trends, innovations, and materials in the beauty, lifestyle, and packaging design industries

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in art direction, print, or packaging design – ideally within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or similar consumer sectors

  • Proven track record working in-house or as part of a creative team; candidates with strong in-house experience preferred over freelance-only backgrounds

  • A refined portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, and product design that combines aesthetic impact, storytelling, and usability

  • Strong layout and typography expertise, with a keen eye for colour, materiality, and design that feels both premium and playful

  • Excellent understanding of production processes, print techniques, and dielines

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator; familiarity with Figma or 3D rendering tools is a plus

  • Basic understanding of marketing and how visuals support broader brand and commercial goals

  • Organised, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Passion for mentoring and fostering growth in junior designers and creative partners

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both creatives and non-creatives

  • Fluent in English; Italian, French, Spanish, German, or Korean is a plus
