A leading company in Wiesbaden seeks a dedicated professional for its Relocation Readiness Program. The role involves issuing and returning items from the ACS Lending Closet, maintaining inventory, assisting Soldiers and Families, and preparing training materials. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree and excels in customer service and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities : The employee shall provide Relocation Readiness Program services for Army Community Service.
ACS uses Standard Operating Procedures for various parts of its mission to standardize procedures and provide a reference for operations.
Lending Closet Management and Execution : Issue / Return Items, Track Overdue Items : The employee shall work directly with ACS Lending Closet clients to issue and return items.
The employee is responsible for restocking inventory, maintaining accurate inventory, and cleaning items as necessary.
Maintain Contracts : The employee shall maintain and file hard copy Lending Closet contracts and enter client and contract information electronically in the Client Tracking System (CTS).
Inventory : The employee shall create and maintain a database of all Lending Closet items.
Relocation Services : Assist in developing Community Welcome Packets and in providing country-specific information and briefings to Soldiers and Families, including follow-up as necessary.
The employee shall support communication and information dissemination to Families during separation and conduct follow-up as needed.
The employee shall produce monthly marketing requests for the Relocation Readiness program to the ACS Marketing POC.
Relocation Readiness Training : Prepare training handouts and materials, assist in setting up community training sessions.
Administrative Duties : Maintain records and files related to services provided under this contract.
Purchase Requests : Research and complete purchase requests for Lending Closet items, training materials, supplies, and other support items. Submit requests for approval and routing through the ACS budget officer.
Maintain Minutes : Responsible for creating minutes for the quarterly Relocation Assistance Coordination Committee (RACC) meetings.
Requirements : Possess at least an Associate Degree or equivalent education/work experience. One year of information and referral or customer service experience may substitute for education. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel is required.
