The requirement is for an expert to set up Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contracting on Greenfield for a renowned customer. Ariba Guided Buying is currently in the rollout phase and is constantly being expanded. In workshops with the internal stakeholders of the customer and the purchasing companies, we need a consultant for a suitable standard sourcing and contracting process for indirect spend and an assessment of the stakeholders' requirements for feasibility and effectiveness. The primary objective is a common standard for all purchasing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ariba Guided Sourcing and / or Contracting implementation expert
• Implementation from scratch / greenfield!
• Advice on a suitable indirect spend standard process for the international, national and regional purchasing company levels.
• Consulting, support and evaluation of the feasibility of implementation in the context of customer workshops with the relevant purchasing organizational units. At least 10+ years of professional experience in Ariba Sourcing and Contracting implementation due to the required consulting services.
• At the beginning of the project up to 2 days onsite in Essen, in the further course increasingly remote.
