Area Sales Managers (m/f/d) for Eastern Europe

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand our customer base in the eastern Europe region
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new projects
• Provide technical consultation and support for TBM/tunnelling-related projects
• With CREG Germany technical team together to prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations
• Collaborate with international teams and coordinate project activities
• Build and maintain a strong network within the tunneling and TBM industry in the target area.

Your Profile:

• University degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience on construction industry or in a construction company with involvement in TBM/tunneling projects
• Existing network in the tunneling or TBM industry, with the ability to establish new contacts
• Patience, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work
• Experience in a multicultural environment and willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent German and/or English skills; additional languages are a plus (e.g. from Eastern Europe)
