Area Sales Manager Windsor. Men (d/f/m)

In this exciting and challenging position, you will be responsible for the sales of the Windsor brand in the sales region of Central Germany. Your responsibilities include actively selling the current collections to our customers, providing intensive support to our key accounts, conducting analytical assortment design, supporting customers during the season, and advising them on assortment and optimization at the POS. Additionally, your ability to approach people, quickly win them over, and inspire them will help you establish successful new customer relationships, manage the acquisition, control, and development of shop areas in your sales region. Your goal will be to exceed sales expectations, increase brand awareness, and analyze deviations in key sales figures.

Required experience and skills:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in brand sales with responsibility for results
  • Profound IT knowledge, ideally including SAP
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong customer orientation and affinity for the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented working style
