For a renowned, internationally operating manufacturer of valve and pump technology, we are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager (all genders) for the Bavaria region. Our client specializes in tailor-made solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

• Acquisition of new customers and support and expansion of existing business relationships (from medium-sized companies to corporations) in Bavaria
• Targeted technical consulting and development of customized solutions for customers on-site – focusing on the entire product range of valve and pump technology in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries
• Independent planning, coordination, and execution of field visits
• Market analysis to identify new potentials and business opportunities in the sales territory
• Close collaboration with the inside sales team for the handover and follow-up of offers
• Regular reporting to sales management
• Approximately 60% regional travel to customers within the sales area
• Completed studies or an apprenticeship, ideally with a commercial focus and technical expertise
• Several years of experience in technical sales, including successful new customer acquisition
• Sales experience in an industrial environment, especially in selling complex products
• Industry knowledge in food, pharma, or beverage industries is advantageous but not mandatory
• Independent and structured working style, suitable for home office
• Strong acquisition skills and entrepreneurial thinking, with high self-motivation in sales
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Annual target income of €90,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience
