For a renowned, internationally active manufacturer of valve and pump technology, we are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager (all genders) for the Bavaria region. Our client specializes in tailored solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

  1. Acquire new customers and maintain and expand existing business relationships (from medium-sized companies to corporations) in Bavaria.
  2. Provide targeted technical consulting and develop customized solutions for customers on-site, focusing on the entire range of valve and pump technology in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and execute field visits independently.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify new potentials and business opportunities within the sales territory.
  5. Collaborate closely with the inside sales team for the handover and follow-up of offers.
  6. Provide regular reports to the sales management.
  7. Approximately 60% regional travel within the sales area.
  8. Possess a completed degree or vocational training, ideally with a commercial focus and technical expertise.
  9. Have several years of experience in technical sales, including successful new customer acquisition.
  10. Experience in industrial sales, especially with complex products, is required.
  11. Knowledge of the food, pharma, or beverage industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
  12. Work independently and systematically, with the ability to work from home.
  13. Strong sales skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and high self-motivation.
  14. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  15. Annual target salary of €90,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
