Area Sales Manager – Mobility / Accessibility Solutions

Are you a technically minded sales professional with a passion for mobility, transportation, or safety systems?

We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a designated territory, drive revenue growth, and expand our brand footprint in sectors such as public transport, paratransit, personal mobility, and emergency vehicles.

This is a fully remote role with travel. You can be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and you must be fluent in the local language.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
  • Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals
  • Deliver technical support and educate customers on securement solutions
  • Report and analyse territory performance using CRM tools (SFDC)

Required experience :

  • Proven track record in technical sales within transportation or mobility industries
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and securement solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Full driving license and valid EU passport
