Job Description:

For our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in the field of Fluid- and Drive technology, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components (all genders) in the Czech Republic.

You will travel independently within the Czech Republic and be responsible for achieving sales targets in your area. You will maintain the existing customer base and strategically expand it.

• Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, training sessions, and negotiate with customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits in the field.
• Travel extensively within the region, usually without overnight stays.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, develop sales strategies.
• Create weekly reports to track results and plan strategies.
• Handle customer complaints and support technical projects.
• Ensure smooth communication between Italy, Germany, and customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and sales team.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the Czech Republic.
• Technical degree or comparable qualification (e.g., industrial/mechanical engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical roles, sales engineering, or field service.
• Excellent English and Czech language skills; German preferred.
• Self-organized, independent, results-oriented, and people-oriented.
• Willingness to travel, flexible, valid Class B driver's license.
