Job Description:

For our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in Fluid- and Drive technology, we are seeking an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components (all genders) in the Czech Republic.

You will travel independently within the Czech Republic and be responsible for achieving sales targets. Your duties include maintaining and expanding the customer base.

• Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, training, and negotiate with customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits in the field.
• Travel extensively within the region, usually without overnight stays.
• Monitor market trends and competition to develop your sales territory.
• Prepare weekly reports to track results and strategize.
• Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
• Ensure effective communication between Italy, Germany, and customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and the sales team.
• Reside in the Czech Republic.
• Possess a technical degree or similar qualification (e.g., industrial or mechanical engineering).
• Have 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or related roles involving field service.
• Excellent English and Czech language skills; German is a plus.
• Self-organized, independent, and results-driven work ethic.
• Enjoy working with people and willing to travel with a valid Class B driver’s license.
