Job Description

Our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in Fluid- and Drive technology, is seeking an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components in the Czech Republic.

The role involves traveling within the Czech Republic to achieve sales targets, maintaining and expanding the customer base, and supporting technical projects. Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, training, and negotiate deals with customers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits independently.
  • Travel frequently within the region, usually without overnight stays.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors; develop sales strategies.
  • Create weekly reports to track results and plan strategies.
  • Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
  • Coordinate communication between Italy, Germany, and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and sales team.
Qualifications
  • Living in the Czech Republic.
