Job Description:

For our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in Fluid- and Drive technology, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components in the Czech Republic.

You will travel independently within the Czech Republic, responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining, and expanding the customer base. • Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, training sessions, and negotiate with customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits in the field.
• Travel regionally with minimal overnight stays.
• Monitor market trends and competition; develop sales strategies.
• Create weekly reports to track results and plan strategies.
• Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
• Facilitate communication between Italy, Germany, and customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and sales team.
• Reside in the Czech Republic.
• Possess a technical degree or similar qualification (e.g., industrial or mechanical engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical roles, sales engineering, or field service.
• Proficient in English and Czech; German is a plus.
• Self-organized, independent, results-oriented, and people-oriented.
• Willing to travel, flexible, with a valid Class B driver’s license.
