Area Sales Manager - Mechanical Industry - Czech Republik (all genders), Ingolstadt

For our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in Fluid- and Drive technology, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components in the Czech Republic.

You will travel independently within the Czech Republic and be responsible for achieving sales targets in your area. Your duties include maintaining and strategically expanding the existing customer base.

Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
  2. Conduct sales presentations, training sessions, and negotiate with customers.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits independently.
  4. Travel extensively within the region, usually without overnight stays.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitors, and develop your sales territory strategically.
  6. Create weekly reports to document results and develop sales strategies.
  7. Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
  8. Coordinate communication between Italy, Germany, and customers for seamless operations.
  9. Collaborate closely with internal departments and sales teams.
Qualifications:
  1. Currently residing in the Czech Republic.
  2. Completed technical degree or similar qualification (e.g., industrial or mechanical engineering).
  3. 3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, field service, or similar roles.
  4. Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken); German is a plus.
  5. Self-organized, independent, and results-oriented.
  6. Enjoy working with people and willing to travel.
  7. Valid Class B driver's license.
