Job Description

Our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in Fluid and Drive technology, is seeking an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components in the Czech Republic.

You will travel independently within the Czech Republic, responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining existing customer relationships, and expanding your customer base strategically.   • Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, training, and negotiate with clients.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits in the field.
  • Travel extensively within the region, usually without overnight stays.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, develop your sales territory strategically.
  • Create weekly reports to track results and develop sales strategies.
  • Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
  • Coordinate communication between Italy, Germany, and customers for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and sales team.
  • Residency in the Czech Republic is required.
  • Preferably hold a technical degree or similar qualification (e.g., industrial or mechanical engineering).
  • 3-5 years of experience as a sales engineer, application engineer, or in similar field service roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Czech; German language skills are a plus.
  • Self-organized, independent, results-driven, and people-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a valid Class B driver’s license.
