Join us at SCHIEDERWERK GmbH as an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Southern Europe. We are a leading manufacturer of power supplies for industrial applications, focusing on customized solutions. Based in the Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen region, we serve clients worldwide and are recognized as a market leader in our field.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and expand our market presence in Southern Europe. This role involves securing new projects, supporting development initiatives, analyzing market trends, and representing our company at trade fairs and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new projects and development contracts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Support technical and commercial evaluation of customer inquiries
  • Pre-qualify development projects and assist in ongoing initiatives
  • Monitor market segments, analyze trends, and develop modular product concepts
  • Lead sub-projects, manage product lifecycle, and collaborate internally
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and customer visits

Qualifications:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree (min. B.Sc./B.Eng.) or comparable qualification with at least 7 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and electronics
  • Network in Southern Europe is a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, excellent Excel skills
  • Willingness to deepen expertise in power electronics
  • Excellent team skills
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1); German or French is a plus
  • Willing to travel approximately 1 week per month to headquarters, with a minimum of 50% travel readiness
