WHAT TO EXPECT

1. As a team member of the German sales team, your responsibilities include establishing and expanding our sales activities in South-east Germany (Bavaria) and Austria. You will have the opportunity to make a difference through personal responsibility and flexibility.
2. Acquisition of new customers (identification, qualification, and onboarding) and support of existing customers.
3. Support and commercial development of existing customers.
4. Identify customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with existing resources.
5. Represent this area at trade fairs and other events.
6. Maintain and utilize the CRM system (Salesforce).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

1. Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
3. High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
4. Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
5. Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and strong negotiation skills.
6. Flexibility and willingness to travel (at least 50%).
7. Proficiency in English and German.
