WHAT TO EXPECT
  1. As a team member of the German sales team, your responsibilities will include establishing and expanding our sales activities in Southeast Germany (Bavaria) and Austria. You will have the opportunity to make a difference through high personal responsibility and flexibility.
  2. Acquisition of new customers (identification, qualification, and acquisition) and support/development of existing customers.
  3. Identifying customer requirements and developing technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with existing resources.
  4. Representing this area at trade fairs and other events.
  5. Maintaining and utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce).
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  1. Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training.
  2. At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
  3. High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  5. Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and pronounced negotiation skills.
  6. Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%).
  7. Good knowledge of English and German.
