WHAT TO EXPECT
  1. As a team member of the German sales team, you will establish and expand our sales activities in South-east Germany (Bavaria) and Austria. You will have the opportunity to make a difference through personal responsibility and flexibility.
  2. Acquire new customers (identification, qualification, and acquisition) and support existing customers.
  3. Support and develop existing customers commercially.
  4. Identify customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with existing resources.
  5. Represent this area at trade fairs and other events.
  6. Maintain and utilize the CRM system (Salesforce).
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  1. A degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  2. At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
  3. High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication and persuasion skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
  5. Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and strong negotiation skills.
  6. Willingness to travel at least 50%.
  7. Proficiency in English and German.
