Qualifikationen

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • As a team member of the German sales team, your area of responsibility will include the establishment and expansion of our sales activities in South-east Germany (Bavaria) as well as Austria. Through a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility, you have the opportunity to make a difference
  • Acquisition (identification, qualification and acquisition) of new customers (and existing customers)
  • Support and commercial development of existing customers
  • Identification of customer requirements and development of technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with existing resources
  • They represent this area at trade fairs and other events.
  • Maintenance and use of the CRM system (Salesforce)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Degree in industrial engineering / electrical engineering or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales
  • High technical affinity, (expertise in drive technology is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Pioneering spirit, flexibility and pronounced negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%)
  • Good knowledge of the English and German language
