  • at our headquarters in Mainz, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will manage cross-functional and multi-level relationships with regional customers and partners, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within our Pharma matrix organization.
Your Contribution

In your role as Area Sales Manager (m / f / d)

  • Develop and execute location-specific sales strategies focused on growth.
  • Agree and manage yearly budgets and monthly / quarterly forecasts for each account.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and frame contracts with local accounts.
  • Initiate and coordinate projects to capture growth potentials.
  • Update the organization on product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate business opportunities, balancing chances and risks, and make risks transparent within the organization.
  • Coordinate customer projects in a cross-functional setup.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or a related function, preferably in B2B pharma packaging, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in major digital tools (LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM, SAP).
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
