Your Role

As an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will manage relationships with regional customers and partners, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within our Pharma matrix organization.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement location-specific sales strategies focused on growth.
  2. Manage budgets and forecasts for each account.
  3. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with local accounts.
  4. Coordinate projects to explore growth opportunities.
  5. Update the organization on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  6. Evaluate business opportunities, assess risks, and communicate them transparently.
  7. Coordinate customer projects in a cross-functional setup.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business or Life Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or related roles, preferably in B2B pharma packaging, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM, SAP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
