We are currently seeking applicants for an Area Sales Manager Denmark & Norway (m/f/d), preferably located in Jutland, Denmark or Norway.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Defining a plan for the development of the sales area by focusing on key customers and promoting defined products to improve customer relations, acquire new customers, and increase sales.
2. Managing both direct (OEM & local Distribution POA) and indirect (POS) accounts and supporting distributor sales organizations in the assigned area.
3. Establishing offers based on customer or distributor requests in coordination with marketing.
4. Collaborating closely with Customer Service.
5. Assisting in the conclusion of contracts (e.g., purchasing, logistics, quality, NDA, EDI) according to Vishay's contract procedures.
6. Implementing strategic plans locally with Vishay Key Distributors and Customers.

What You Will Bring Along

1. A degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics is a plus.
2. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Knowledge of the Danish and Norwegian markets.
5. Excellent Danish and English skills; Norwegian is a plus.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
7. Willingness to travel within Denmark and Norway, and occasionally to other parts of Europe.
