Qualifikationen

Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

How You Can Make a Difference

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned are for Hamilton’s OEM product portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize key OEM customers within the territory and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the customer base, penetrating new markets, and increasing sales volumes with existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion.
  • Travel within the allocated territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in sales-related activities as required.
  • Prepare regular activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to align sales objectives and strategies with overall company goals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers to maximize profitability and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide product training and technical support to OEM customers to ensure successful integration and usage of our products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, product development, and customer service, to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction, and take proactive measures to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to OEM customers and management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the OEM market, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities within the assigned territory.

That’s What You Bring Along

  • MSc degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent know-how.
  • Proven track record of success in OEM sales, preferably in liquid handling
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales processes, including contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory without constraints and attend industry events, holding a valid driver's license.
  • Capable of working remotely from a home office.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in German & English – written and spoken – is required.
