Area Sales Manager – DACH

Lesker could be the place for you! We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage the German, Austrian and German Speaking Swiss territories with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  1. Part of the EMEIA Sales Management Team – supporting the development of strategy for not only your regional territory but also for the whole DACH area.
  2. Responsibility for developing and maintaining sales budget for whole area including goal setting for your team.
  3. Drive growth in sales, whilst maintaining GP levels in-line with corporate goals.
  4. Leadership and management of the DACH Sales Team, including staff performance reviews.
  5. Frequent contact and reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, EMEIA.
  6. Build, nurture and maintain positive internal and external relationships within region and in area.
  7. Provide market feedback and participate in corporate marketing efforts.
  8. CRM - Maintain, update and review for Territory all open opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Are results-driven with a proven track record of managing both existing and new business, and have strong leadership skills.
  2. Fluent in both German (Native level) and English (Fluent).
  3. Have a positive attitude and be able to maintain professional, high-quality working relationships with all members of the company globally and regardless of background or role.
  4. You excel at driving projects forward and confident in making strategic business decisions.
  5. Are committed to domestic and international travel to our various offices and key customers.
  6. You have prior experience using a global CRM system.
  7. Have the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying very close attention to detail.
  8. Have AI literacy.
  9. Have knowledge of the vacuum technology industry or a B2B technical sales background.
