The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Area Manager - Bayern region to join Maya Lechner's team in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to :

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals
  • Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
  • Co-develop and refine market strategies
  • Optimize sales tools and processes
  • Adapt global initiatives for the local market

Market Presence (10%)

  • Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
  • Organize and participate in networking events
  • Build relationships with key influencers
  • Enhance company reputation in Germany

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting
  • Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
  • Represent company at industry events
