Established for many years, this global leader operates in over 100 countries, manufacturing products, systems, and solutions that enhance pump efficiency, reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.

Due to growth, the company is expanding its German sales team in three regions: East Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Northwest Germany (Hamburg area). This role offers a home-based setup within the region, with regular customer visits.

The successful candidate will report to the German Sales Manager and manage business activities within the designated region, focusing 60% on strategic key account management and 40% on new business development. The client base spans various industrial and manufacturing environments, requiring technical solution selling skills, mechanical engineering knowledge or qualifications, and strong sales abilities.

This is a technical sales role requiring a mechanical engineering aptitude, with responsibilities including managing existing clients and developing new accounts, reporting sales activities monthly, and collaborating with internal technical support teams. The role offers a realistic earning potential of up to €120,000.

The candidate should have external sales experience in related sectors such as mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, valves, or motors. A mechanical engineering background, knowledge of rotating equipment, and fluency in German and English are essential. An engineering qualification or apprenticeship is advantageous, and extensive product training will be provided.
