Maserati seeks a Germany & Austria Area Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Germany and Austria. You’ll manage the dealer network to achieve sales targets and improve performance. The role requires strong experience in the automotive sector with a focus on premium brands, coupled with effective sales strategies and collaboration.

MISSION
The Germany & Austria Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial development and increasing sales volumes across the German and Austrian markets, while actively managing and supporting the performance of the Maserati dealer network in the area.
The role's key objective is to achieve assigned targets — including retail, wholesale, and orders — by implementing strategic market actions, optimizing dealer performance, managing stock levels, and contributing to the overall market share growth within the region.
