Established for many years, the company is a global leader in rotating equipment with a multimillion turnover, operating in over 100 countries. They manufacture products, systems, and solutions that enhance pump efficiency and reliability, significantly reducing maintenance downtime and costs.
Due to growth, this company is expanding its German sales team in three key regions: East Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Northwest Germany (Hamburg area).
You will join a successful German sales team and work with established German clients. The company is renowned worldwide for innovation, reliability, and service. They are thought leaders in rotating equipment, offering components that help minimize production downtime through reliability and service. Their quick-response service pump reliability company provides a competitive edge in winning business.
Reporting directly to the German Sales Manager, you will manage business activities throughout your designated region. Your responsibilities include 60% strategic key account management of existing clients and 40% new business development. The client base is diverse, spanning various industrial process and manufacturing environments. This role involves technical solution selling, requiring mechanical engineering aptitude or qualifications, and strong sales skills. The company is a leader in pump reliability, mechanical seals, gaskets, and bearing protection, with well-established customers in paper, pulp, chemical processing, and other industries.
This is a home-based role requiring regular customer visits within your region. You will spend approximately one day working from your home office and four days visiting clients. You will report all sales activities monthly, supported by internal sales engineers for technical backup. The ideal candidate will have strong account management and business development skills, with a mechanical engineering background or experience. Expected earnings are around €120,000.
