Job Responsibilities
  1. Establish a partnership and trust with customers, develop market and business strategies to ensure new sales and maintain quality post-sale.
  2. Attend fairs, events, and visit existing and potential customers.
  3. Increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities in the assigned localization area and serving existing customers.
  4. Enhance brand awareness, market share, and customer portfolio by meeting potential clients in promising regions and maintaining regular contact with customers to build professional and trusting relationships.
  5. Collaborate with existing customers to generate revenue from new machine sales.
  6. Develop and implement strategies and action plans to meet sales targets.
  7. Monitor sales performance by geographic area, including volume, service levels, and order processing time.
  8. Build successful relationships with distribution partners to ensure alignment and success.
  9. Achieve business goals and key performance indicators.
  10. Generate activity reports in the CRM system and other monthly administrative reports to track activities.
  11. Participate in technical and commercial discussions with potential clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Ensure accurate formulation of offers, manage financial aspects, and negotiate commercial terms to secure sales.
  13. Identify emerging markets and market changes, and stay informed about new products and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (desirable).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Robotics & Automation industry.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Structured, process-oriented work approach with high problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Proficient in German and English.
