Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (remote with regional travel) for an Area Sales Manager responsible for driving growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll lead regional sales efforts, build strong relationships, and act as a key partner to both our internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales and brand presence across the DACH region
• Identify, build, and manage relationships with resellers, dealers, and B2B end-users
• Represent Koplus in meetings, presentations, and key industry events
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies
• Deliver on sales targets and regional KPIs
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
• Proven experience in office furniture, workplace solutions, or related design sectors
• Existing network in the DACH reseller market or strong access to B2B end-user clients in the office/interior space
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid/remote setting
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events
