Our ESL systems are in use across more than 50 countries, helping brands streamline pricing, improve in-store efficiency, and connect physical shelves to digital systems in real time.

We are now expanding our presence in DACH, CEE, and EMEA and are looking for Area Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and a Vice President Sales Europe to drive growth and strengthen existing and new client relationships.

Your Role

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing ZKONG’s ESL sales and marketing strategy across DACH, CEE, or EMEA. You’ll shape the pipeline, forecast trends, and manage key accounts — all with the goal of accelerating ZKONG’s market share in Europe. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external distribution partners will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for new business opportunities
  • Drive and monitor regional sales performance
  • Develop forecasting and reporting tools aligned with growth targets
  • Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Contribute to annual sales strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Coordinate closely with internal product, marketing, and technical teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the retail technology or ESL space
  • Strong understanding of the retail sector and its digital transformation journey
  • Existing network of retail contacts in the target region
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and fluent in English

  • Region of Responsibility: Choose from DACH, CEE, or EMEA
  • Hybrid or remote options available, depending on candidate profile
