Role Overview

Joining a successful German sales team, you will manage business activities within your designated region, focusing 60% on key account management and 40% on new business development. The role involves technical solution selling to clients across diverse industrial sectors, emphasizing reliability and quick response times to gain competitive advantage.

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships

Candidate Profile
  • Experience in external sales within related sectors (mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, valves, motors)
  • Mechanical engineering background or qualification (apprenticeship or degree)
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical seals is highly beneficial
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic about sales
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the sales region
