A premium skincare brand is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to represent their products in Berlin, Germany. This hybrid role involves building business relationships, engaging online audiences, and consistent brand representation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, strong communication skills, and a confidence in social media engagement. Training and company car provided.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to represent Beauté Pacifique, a premium Danish skincare brand, across your region in Germany.
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives both in-store and in building strong business relationships, while also being comfortable engaging audiences online.
As a brand ambassador, you will consistently embody our brand values through professional conduct and impeccable personal grooming, ensuring that our premium image is always front of mind.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and service assigned stores regularly.
Perform professional skin scanning/analysis to support product recommendations.
Sell, promote, and train store staff and end consumers.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Equip stores with testers, marketing materials, and stock.
Process orders and report on sales performance to the Sales Manager DACH.
Host live sessions on social media (Instagram, Facebook) and participate in virtual events to engage and educate audiences.
Create engaging content in collaboration with marketing to support campaigns.
Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and in-store activations, always reflecting the brand through appearance and professional grooming.
Active proposing the Sales manager DACH new opportunities to expand the distribution like perfumeries and suitable retailers to expand distribution.
Requirements
Proven experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty sales (B2B and/or B2C).
Confident with social media platforms and comfortable appearing live on camera.
Event experience is a plus – from hosting workshops to supporting brand activations.
Strong personal grooming and ability to consistently represent premium brand values.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and target driven; self-motivated and organized.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
