AREA SALES ADVISOR (M / W / D)

field-based with company car in the Cologne, Koblenz, Saarland area

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Responsibility for the successful sale of our exclusive products in various stores
• Ensuring a unique, luxurious shopping experience and high service standards for our customers
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and merchandising at the point of sale
• Achieving defined sales targets and monitoring individual sell-out results
• Organizing events independently in consultation with our Area Sales Managers
• Maintaining contact with store managers and motivating local teams

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel, gastronomy, or similar)
• Experience in beauty and field service is an advantage
• Experience in building a customer base
• Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or a strong motivation to learn about it
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Proficient handling of key figures
• Open, confident personality with sales and communication strength
• High service orientation & flexibility
• Presentation skills for training and coaching sessions
• Willingness to travel & driver’s license class B (for the role of Area Sales Advisor)
