Indulge your passion

  • in the sales management of international travel retail clients and their sales points throughout Europe
  • by ensuring to meet budget plans for the assigned scope
  • by driving sales in all retail locations, ensuring revenue and profitability growth
  • in the strategic development and optimization of the distribution based on the Montblanc brand strategy
  • in the optimization of the brand-compliant market presence on site
  • in the analysis of customer, market and competitive data for the further development and optimization of own key account network
  • in controlling of customer margins and regular optimization measures
  • in the responsible creation and control of customer-related sales, marketing and investment budgets
  • in the creation of business and three-year plans for corresponding regions, regular reviews and updates
  • in ensuring holistic key account management through close cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, finance)

You’ll have

  • an university degree in Business Administration or Business Management
  • several years of sales experience, ideally in the area of luxury goods or travel retail
  • entrepreneurial thinking and commitment combined with a hands-on mentality
  • excellent skills in collaborating with internal and external partners, effective and assertive communication
  • business fluent skills in English; good spoken and written skills in French would be a plus
  • strong analytical skills and understanding of revenue and financial metrics
  • confident use of all common software programs, such as MS Office ( excel; ppt)
  • high willingness to travel
